How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
You should get a fair and honest experience when you contact Scheduleprofessor Windows & Siding. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Scheduleprofessor Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. But Scheduleprofessor Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@scheduleprofessor.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
